This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/administration opportunities. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no hosting CP possibility.

Domains Hosted ² - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered web hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your TLDs in a single web hosting account.
